December happenings:)

December was a busy month. We had Christmas as well as my dad's birthday. Here are some photos of the gatherings that we had.
Brianna with Emmett, who doesn't sit still. He LOVES to crawl.
Our very happy Dylan. I wish he was like this all the time.

Me and my poser. It so funny to see how she acts once a camera comes out.
Kalen and his favorite boy!!!

The Birthday Boy.

Brian, Emmett, and a looking away Henry.

Grandma Cherie and Brianna (she insists on wearing headbands, sometimes even to bed)

My favorite 2 year old, who thought he was funny with the glasses.

I made a lemon cake for my dad. Lemon is his favorite. I was pretty please on how it turned out. I definitely not a cake maker. I'll leave that for my sister in law, Lori.

Brianna riding her "big girl" bike for the first time. Good thing she has a helmet. She falls down every time she gets to our driveway.

Me, Emmett, Brianna and MaryEllen on Christmas day at Brian and Lori's.
We had a great Christmas. We had spent Christmas afternoon and evening over at Brian's house. Lori and Brian had been up all night with Emmett, so they were both really tired. We had pizza and chocolate chip pie for dinner and dessert. It was a fun evening, even though Brian and Lori both looked like they could both fall asleep at any moment.

Emmett who loves to look at the camera:)

Me and my favorite nephews!!!!!
We spent a relaxing Christmas morning at our house. My parents came over for breakfast and to open presents. Brianna was so excited that Santa came. Dylan enjoyed all of his gifts. His favorite part about the holidays is all the tissue and wrapping paper.

Enjoying his travel pillow.

Kalen's Seahawks jersey he got from his parents. Number 84's last name is insane. Houshman.......can't remember how the heck to spell it.

Yeah I can have more accurate runs from now on:) I love the Nike+ the kids got me.
Kalen was really happy that the kids got him the PS3 ghostbusters game. Brianna loves to sit and watch him play. She really like the theme song...."who Ya gonna call?"

All of our family's stockings. The middle one is just for decoration.

7:00 in the morning and she has a headband on.

Cookies and letter Santa

We had Christmas Eve at my parents house. It's definitely getting harder with Dylan to go over there. Their house has stairs, which doesn't do too well with a wheelchair. We are trying to have as many family functions as we can at their house before Dylan will only be able to go in the Family Room. Here's some photos of our night.

Brianna had her preschool Christmas Party right before the winter break. It was so much fun watching her sing with her class. She liked seeing all of her friends.

Brianna and her teacher. I'm not sure why she is making that face. She LOVES Miss Peggy.

Brianna and her favorite gymnastics teacher, Rachel. She talks about her everyday.

Showing me her gymnastics tricks on the balance beam.

Being Silly!!!!!!

Brianna kept asking Kalen if we were ever going to put up our Christmas lights. We were a little late this year. We were all sick in the beginning of December. So when we got everything out, someone was extremely happy and excited!!!!!

Kindergarten

I can't believe it, but it's time to register B for Kindergarten. I've been debating where I want her to go, but we decided that she will go to our neighborhood school for kindergarten and then transfer to another school for 1st -6th grade. I just realized that she isn't up to date on her immunizations so we are heading to get that done. Oh joy! I know she isn't going to like that.

Sorry for my lack of posts lately. We've been really busy and have been functioning on little to no sleep for the past 2 months. It's really starting to take a toll.
